Our search work spans the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Ireland, encompassing a broad range of senior leadership appointments with remuneration packages from $200,000 to $500,000.
Retained Matchmaking
In 2026, we extended our practice to include a retained matchmaking service. It applies the same discreet, research-led methodology that underpins our executive search work to a more personal brief: navigating the intersection of contemporary Western lifestyles and traditional Eastern family values.
What sets us apart from the traditional matchmaking services’ ‘who’s local and single’ approach is our tailored method toward every paying client.
Have you ever had an awkward first date where the person you met was completely different to what you imagined from a future partner, but felt pressured to go through with it due to pressure from a parent or other party? Or even worse, come out of a first meeting feeling belittled or insecure about yourself?
