Who we are

What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and account type. Your password is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider; we can never see it.
- Executive search clients: your organisation, job title, country and website, plus briefs and documents you share.
- Executive candidates: your current role, organisation, sector, location, LinkedIn profile, CV and documents you share.
- Private matchmaking clients: your preferred name, city, country and languages, plus anything you choose to share in enquiries, documents or consultations.
- Enquiries and requests you send through your account, and our replies.
- Preferences: how you’d like us to contact you, and any marketing consent with the date you gave it.
- Security information: sign-in times and the IP address used, which our providers process to protect accounts.
How and why we use it
- To provide the service you asked for, including executive search, board advisory and matchmaking (contract, or steps you ask us to take before one).
- To keep accounts and data secure, prevent misuse and improve our service (our legitimate interests).
- To send news and insights, only if you opt in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your account).
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
For matchmaking, some conversations may involve sensitive personal information. We only record this with your explicit consent, and we ask you not to include it in online forms.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use trusted providers who act on our instructions: Supabase (accounts, database and secure file storage, hosted in [region, e.g. London]), Spaceship (website hosting) and [email provider] (account emails). Executive search and candidate information is shared with prospective employers or candidates only with your agreement. Matchmaking information is never shared with our executive search clients.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while it’s active. If it’s inactive for [period, e.g. 2 years], we delete it or ask whether you’d like to keep it. You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy & data section. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires.
How we protect it
All connections are encrypted. Each account can only ever access its own information, enforced by the database itself. Executive search and matchmaking records are kept in separate, isolated stores, and access within SEN Bespoke is limited to our founders.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Use the Privacy & data section of your account, or email [privacy email address]. We respond within one month.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in, a secure session token is kept in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in; this is strictly necessary and is removed when you sign out. Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
